Successful launch of the e-voting idea depends on technical readiness and appropriate solutions in co-operation with the private sector. Accelerating growth in the number of actual “internet votes” has been enabling and motivating new groups of people to participate. In future, new solutions of e-inclusion and e-municipalities will be available.

Member of Estonian Parliament, belongs to Economic Affairs Committee, former long-term Deputy Mayor of the City of Tartu, former Program Director in Estonian E-governance Academy, active participant in e-governance training, cooperation and development projects in Estonia and other transition countries.
